Does it cost anything to register to use TuffWerx?
TuffWerx has no registration fee.
Will I need an eBay account to sell my equipment using TuffWerx technology?
Yes. You will need to establish a sellers account with eBay. When you register on eBay as a seller, you will be prompted to provide a credit card and bank account for billing. The process is free, and will take you just a few minutes. Register on eBay now.
Do I need any special hardware to list my equipment?
No. All you need is a computer and a connection to the Internet to list your equipment.
Will TuffWerx take digital photos of my equipment or write my description for me?
No. We do not take photos or write your listing. Our expertise is to provide you with the best technology to enable you to list your equipment on eBay using your photos and description.
Does TuffWerx host my photos?
Yes. We have a simple-to-use Photo Management System to upload your photos to our hosting servers.
How much does it cost for TuffWerx to host my photos?
Nothing. TuffWerx hosts your photos as part of your listing fee.
How many photos will TuffWerx host?
TuffWerx allows up to 35 photos in each listing. Our system offers an easy-to-use browser to find your photos, and lets you to quickly upload all 35 photos at one time.
Can I change my photos on TuffWerx once an eBay listing is active?
Yes. You have the ability to revise your listing and optionally add or remove photos. Under certain conditions, you will only be allowed to add new photos.
Do I need any special software to list my equipment?
No. Our system is totally web-based. Additionally, we provide you with all the photo software you need.
Will I still have to pay eBay to list my equipment through TuffWerx?
Yes. The TuffWerx fee is in addition to your eBay fee.
Will I still be charged if my equipment does not sell?
Yes. However, if your equipment does not sell the first time it's listed, eBay will relist it for you for free. Note: To qualify for the free relist, you must sell your equipment on eBay on the second relist. For further information, please see eBay's relisting policy.
