Erik Dreyer, President

Erik co-founded TuffWerx in 2007. His technology career began at NASA where he worked on the Space Shuttle program. Seeing little opportunity there, he left NASA to become a software engineer.

Starting during the dotcom boom, he steadily advanced his career starting as a programmer at a small dot-bomb through to senior engineer and lead at eBay Motors and HomeAway.

Drew Michel

Drew Michel, Vice-President & Co-Founder, TuffWerx in 2007. Drew’s start-up sales background began in 2004 working with Deep Marine Technology, an Remotely Operated Vehicle & Offshore Work Vessel operator in Houston, TX. As the first business development manager hired within DMT, Drew Michel reported directly to the Chief Executive Officer/Founder Paul McKim. During Drew Michel’s tenure DMT’s CEO, Paul McKim, was ranked by Entrepreneur Magazine as the #6 best CEO in America for 2006. In addition, at DMT Drew Michel has built and maintained relationships with Top Oil and Gas Companies in Houston, including: Williams Bros. Energy, Chevron, ATP Oil and Gas, and Murphy Oil.
